Thermly (with Consultiv Utilities) is working in partnership with Sevenoaks District Council to provide support to non-domestic energy users across the region.
We recognise that energy can be significant proportion of operational costs for many organisations and businesses, and getting the right energy contract is therefore vital.
Navigating the energy supply market is fraught with challenges and difficulties, and can be time consuming.
With the wonderful folk at Consultiv helping to power the process, we can provide the independent advice, personalised support and bespoke solutions you need to get the right energy supply contract for you.
This project is part-funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
1. Complete the short form below – and please make sure you include a preferred time for us to call. There are some questions we need answers for as a minimum. If you’ve got answers for the other questions please include them, but don’t worry if you don’t, we’re there to help and can sort those later.
2. Our super helpful team will then call you back at the time you’ve indicated, to discuss your needs in more detail, and guide you through the process.
3. If you’re happy to proceed, you’ll simply be asked to complete a short form to give Consultiv permission to act on your behalf in the energy markets.
4. You’ll get a selection of options that suit you and your organisation, we’ll discuss those with you, and then get everything set up.
5. After that – relax! As the supply contracts come up for renewal, Consultiv will automatically pick this up, each time negotiating and arranging a bespoke contract for you.
We will do a range of things around energy procurement and contracting, which makes life much easier for you.
This includes bill validation, kVA analysis, Targeted Charging Review (TCR) banding assessment, Climate ChangeLevy and VAT checks, contract alignment and contract management.
Your energy supply account is then managed by Consultiv, who can deal with your supplier on your behalf, particularly in respect of queries, complaints and other issues.
Any user of energy that has premises which isn’t also a domestic home. So, if you run a business from home, this isn’t (all) for you. We would encourage you go through the Thermly homeowner platform for more support – just click the thermly button at the top of this page.We’ll still give you the technology discounts for employees and team members though!

No catches. This is a new business support activity backed by Sevenoaks Council, and is part of a range of energy related activities and initiatives being undertaken across the District.
We’re going to be contacting every non-domestic energy user in Sevenoaks over the next few weeks to see if they want to get involved.
