We promise to do all these things: listen, react quickly and do the right thing at all times. And advise you when we think you could be doing something a little differently.
We will only promise what we can actually deliver. That's why we're starting small, focusing on heat pumps and in just a couple of locations, before expanding. We'll be transparent about everything. For example, we won't promise you energy savings if we don’t think there are any for you. If we don’t think you should spend the money, we'll tell you.
We are not linked to anyone else, and we like it that way because you then get the impartial advice and support you need.
