How it works
A few quick questions and we'll build your personalised report in about 30 seconds.
We partner with expert local installer teams — compare their estimates and pick the one for you.
Your chosen installer visits for a proper assessment. A proper job takes time — and this is an essential step.
Up to a week depending on the tech. Then watch the benefits as they start to stack up.
We'll check in throughout your first year, and stay on hand thereafter.
It just felt like the right time, and the right thing to do.
"We had been talking about it for a while, but it was when Thermly got in touch that we finally just went for it. We had a great installer who came around and spent a few hours with us, explained absolutely everything — we had loads of questions, but they explained exactly how it would work."
Good to know
Absolutely. A well designed and installed heat pump will keep your home warm in temperatures down to about minus 15°C. It doesn't tend to get that cold here though.
Despite the name, no. Sorry. But if you choose to install a heat pump through Thermly we'll give you a £250 voucher from John Lewis, which you can spend towards one.
We've done the hard work of getting the best installers on board, so we know they'll do a great job. We'll always give you an honest and independent opinion, and — crucially — we'll make sure the price you're paying is fair. We'll act as your own personal concierge, taking the stress and strain away. Everything is kept safe and secure on Thermly, so anytime you need details, documentation or paperwork, it's there when you need it. If anything goes awry, we'll fix it. We're friendly, helpful, we love what we do and we're doing this for all the right reasons. Trust the process — it's taken us long enough to get right!
We can give you a very good idea of that if you could answer a few simple questions for us. Unfortunately there isn't one size fits all. We have some more articles on costs in our Info Hub if you're interested, but the best thing to do is get a figure tailored to your circumstances. There is £7,500 available towards the cost of a heat pump in the form of the BUS grant. You'll also earn income from selling electricity back to the Grid from solar panels. Depending on where you live, we may also be able to signpost you to our finance provider, Lendology.
It depends on your home, how you use it, your budget, and what you're trying to achieve. Click the big orange button, choose a Combo and answer a few simple questions. It'll take 30 seconds and then we can provide you with a free report which will answer a lot of your questions.
